We offer coaching face-to-face whenever possible, and over the telephone. Most commonly, our coaching services support our consulting work and our workshops. For example, to realize the full benefits of any training program, a one-on-one coaching session, immediately following, moves people to making transformational change. Recent studies show that you can increase retention from 23% to 88% with follow-up coaching.
In addition, in many of our programs, we work to discover root causes of behaviours. Often, this surfaces issues on a personal level and participants may request further support. Therefore, our services are also offered on an ad hoc basis.
Finally, we do offer coaching for skill development, particularly executive coaching. In this instance, we conduct a complete needs assessment and then create a program that is modular and completely tailored. This work is largely delivered face-to-face.
